REFUND POLICY
At Pak Incorporated, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed garments in their original condition and packaging, including all tags attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered

Undergarments, swimwear, or other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defect).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
